Ohio offensive coordinator and assistant head coach Tim Albin was promoted to head coach on a four-year deal, retaining his defensive staff, and promoting from within to cover the offensive coordinator between QB coach Scott Isphording and co-coordinator Allen Rudolph. The Bobcats enter the 2021 season on the heels of a major change, as the MAC’s all-time winningest head coach Frank Solich stepped down this summer to focus on his health.
